By accessing or using the DevLite web application, desktop application, or DevLite Connect sync services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Qabilah Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
DevLite operates under a hybrid licensing model:
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries regarding billing and handles all returns.
DevLite Connect utilizes end-to-end encryption (AES-256-GCM). Your local vault data is encrypted on your device before it is transmitted to our servers. Because of this zero-knowledge architecture, we do not possess the recovery keys required to decrypt your data. If you lose your Master Password or Recovery Key, DevLite cannot recover your data.
You agree not to use DevLite to:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. DevLite does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Because DevLite is designed to handle sensitive developer credentials (like API keys), it is your sole responsibility to ensure your local environment is secure.
In no event shall DevLite, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or production secrets) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your consent to the updated Terms.
